Market Chile Relleno

Panko-crusted poblano pepper, stuffed with seasoned lentils and cauliflower, over salsa ranchera and charred market vegetables

3rd Course

Flan de Coco

Creamy custard with coconut flakes

Churros and Videri Chocolate

Cinnamon and sugar dusted fritters with a warm Videri chocolate sauce
